For the past several months I’ve written about the changes in our local market and how the decreasing inventory has affected the market. It’s important that home and condo buyers understand the conditions of the local real estate market so that they can act appropriately when trying to purchase a home or condo or they can find themselves frustrated when being unsuccessful in attempting to buy the home or condo they find that is right for them.

That is true to an extent. There are some seller’s that are desparate but it is a much smaller percentage than it was a few years ago.

They are correct though that there is a shift toward a seller’s market, as I mentioned in my most recent 1 or 2 newsletters, and that there are mistakes that buyers make when they don’t realize this.
