This is a really nice condo in the beautiful Grand Bellagio resort-style complex and it has hardwood floors, a fireplace and granite countertops with 1198 sq. ft. It is a short sale but from the history it appears it recently came back on the market after a buyer couldn't wait so it has likely gone through a good part of the short sale process and may not take as long to get bank approval.
12/20/2010 – Under contract.
5/1/11 – Found out from listing agent that it is no longer under contract and the short sales aspect has been approved by the bank.
6/22/11 – Sold for $93,000.
