After a few weeks of getting this set up I can now announce that the new MLS search app for your cell phone is now ready for you to download.
There is no charge to you for this app (except any charges by your phone carrier for data usage when you are connected to the Internet) and it will not only let you search for properties for sale by city, zip code and/or price range, number of bedrooms, etc. – but if you have GPS on your phone you will be able to see all the properties for sale around you on a map.
This is different from other real estate apps out there for your cell phone because this one gets its data directly from the local MLS and is updated daily. The other apps are also good apps but they are broader in the areas they cover and do not have a local feed like this one does and so you may get outdated listing information.
So check it out for yourself and see what you think. You can also share it with a friend or family member that you think would find it useful. And let me know about any questions you have, help you need or what you think about.
