This is one of the older beach areas and has a lot of the original homes from when the beach built up. Some have been updated, expanded and/or upgraded over the years – especially the ones on the water. You will also see houses where it is obvious that the original house was torn down and a bigger, multi-story home was constructed in the last 10 years or so. Again, this is most commonly seen on the water.
