You don’t have to spend thousands of dollars remodeling your kitchens and bathrooms, putting in granite countertops and stainless steel appliances or adding a new pool to make your house more sell-able.
There are numerous things you can do which will make your house look better to prospective buyers which are more affordable and easier to do.
Some are as simple as sweeping off dead leaves from the path to your front door and putting down a welcome mat. Other involve fixing things around the house that may distract buyers from the overall nice appearance of your house – like windows or doors that don’t open and close like they should.
