Is This the Best Place to Get Home Buying Advice?

Isn’t this the type of advice that lead the market into the mess we’re trying to get out of?  This may be true in some respects but is not one of the top reasons someone should look at when deciding whether or not they should buy a home or condo.

I don’t know who first came up with this line of reasoning but it has somehow ‘convinced’ a lot of otherwise smart people to get into a financial commitment that wasn’t really right for them.  I’ve even heard from people close to me that they don’t want to ‘just keep throwing money away’ by renting – and were motivated to by because of this.  Be smart in your real estate buying decisions, please.
