I mentioned in the last few newsletters that all indications pointed to this as a good possibility and especially with the recent settlement between the government and some of the larger banks. I can’t say for sure how this will proceed but I did notice more this week as I was going through listings.
I still think that this will not have an overall bad effect on the local market other than dragging out the recovery some and pushing off the potential property value increases for another 12 months or so. But let’s keep an eye on how this affects the Clearwater homes market in the next 3-6 months to see for sure.
