New Record Low Interest Rates
Last week there was a new record low for mortgage interest rates announce. The announcement came last Thursday from the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (also known as Freddie Mac) that the interest rate for 30 year mortgages had fallen to a new low of 4.32%.
Of course you have to qualify for the best rate to get it but this is a heck of a lot better than when interest rates on home loans were like 12%.
