I went with a client today to see condos at Station Square in downtown Clearwater. It’s between the Clearwater Post Office and the Bank of America Building on Cleveland St. Very nice building and prices are a lot more affordable than a few years ago.
Nice high ceilings throughout, open floor plans, big closets and nicely upgraded kitchens. One had a den that was probably about 12×15 and had a window to the outside and all the interior walls that connected to the living area had almost floor to ceiling windows so you could see into it and out of it nearly all around.
The pool is on the 6th floor on a sort-of roof and has a nice view. The fitness center is well equipped and spacious.
