This page will give you a list of all active foreclosure listings in the MLS for all of Pinellas County including all the beach communities. In addition you will be able to see any foreclosure listings that are under contract – this way if you were interested in a property that then goes under contract you’ll see that is what happened with it rather than just having it disappear.

Thank's for the foreclosure listing. There are so many available. The market is really swamped all over. I was wondering if you could add on any HOA fees and taxes from previous years. That way you can cross out right away something that would be a good price but not affordable because of those high expenses. I have seen in the past a few real good deals but was shocked when I saw the taxes or HOA fees. Are there any pictures available for you? It would definitely help a lot with a decision. Is there way to map the listings so we would know how close they are to the water/beach? Also, is there a way to show ammenities/condition of the properties? Is there a way to list where the property is in the foreclosure process?

Do these properties have an MLS number so we could look them up and see more details? I'm not real familiar with foreclosures. . . do they even have MLS numbers?

Unfortunately there is no way in our MLS for me to pull a picture into a report like this one. I’m working on possibly setting up a site that you could go to where you’d be able to see the full listing info on ones you’re interested in, including the pictures but am still figuring out the best way to do that.
