Dunedin homes probably come in a wider variety than those in almost any other area around here. You’ll find newer homes in areas like Highland Woods, like the one showing to the left. You’ll also find small homes built as long ago as the 1920s – some remodeled to restore the original feel to them. There are the typical Florida ranch style houses. In 2 communities you can find houses on canals with access to the Intracoastal waterway. Finally there are some large and luxurious homes built directly on and facing the Intracoastal waterway. The advantage of buying a Dunedin home, no matter which of the above types and no matter the area, is that you will be close to the downtown Dunedin area and Honeymoon Island State Park and beach.
You can see all of the Dunedin homes that are for sale right now by looking below the graphs for sale and pricing that appear next.
