Crystal Beach homes are not necessarily unique in themselves but the area itself is pretty neat.
It is a small community and to give you an idea of the small-town feel, there is a central mailbox area for the community and the mail delivery is done there rather than to mailboxes at each individual home. You walk or drive to the mailbox area to get your mail. This may sound unusual but there is a strong sense of community which is emphasized by the residents’ using the mailbox area as a place to meet and catch up.
Crystal Beach homes can be small, older homes built in the 1960s and 70s, nice and newer homes like the one pictured above that was built in 1994, or even beautiful high-end homes on the Gulf. There’s also a community park and pier.
