Belleair Bluffs homes are typically ranch-style homes but of a higher quality and with nicer lots.
When I first lived in this area in the late 80s thru mid 90s my first house was in Belleair Bluffs. It was a nice Spanish-style house with a red barrel tile roof, nice large yard and fruit trees (grapefruit, kumquat and loquat). The area was very nice and bordered on the south end of Belleair.
Belleair Bluffs is wedged in between Belleair and Largo and is mostly from the Intracoastal to just east of Indian Rocks Road. Several areas overlook the Intracoastal from the elevated Bluffs (thus the name).
One very nice and high-end area is Harbor Bluffs which has quite a few beautiful, newer, upscale homes – a lot on either canals or directly on the Intracoastal and with boat slips.
It is a nice but often overlooked area. If you want to see what Belleair Bluffs homes are currently for sale you can look below or you can go directly to the MLS search to find ones that fit your price range and criteria.
