There are quite a few condo complexes throughout the city of Dunedin but the ones that seem to attract the most interest are the Dunedin condos either near the downtown area or along the Dunedin Causeway. There are also some nice townhouse and villa complexes throughout the city including the newer, gated communities of Weathersfield and Covered Bridge.
The condo complexes right by the downtown area include Edgewater Arms and Nine Fifty Broadway.
Edgewater Arms is a 55+ community which is within walking distance to downtown and is right next to the marina and is located right on the Intracoastal. There are great views from almost every condo in the complex.
There are also 2 townhouse complexes close to downtown (actually one is in downtown). The complex in downtown Dunedin on Grant Street is unique because the townhouses have a room right on the road that can be used for a business and it is zoned so that you can use it that way.
On the way to the Dunedin Causeway there are 2 newer luxury townhouse communities that have beautiful townhouses, many of which have elevators, called Seagate and San Ruffino.
Just before the Dunedin Causeway bridge there are several condo complexes and a few townhouse complexes. Some of these have incredible water views like Island Towers and Dolphin Pointe (this one being a 55+ complex). On the other side of the bridge is the Royal Stewart Arms complex which is another 55+ complex but with incredible Gulf views from many of the condos and Island Park Condo which is newer and not a 55+ complex with nice view of the Gulf from some of the condos.
You can look underneath the statistics graphs and report below to see some of the Dunedin condos, townhouses and villas currently for sale or you can look for only the ones in your price range or that meet your criteria by going to the MLS search now.
