Bidding Wars and Tips for Sellers

There is no doubt that the Florida real estate market has picked up.  Sales continue to be higher year over year and have been for at least the last year to year and a half.  Inventory has dropped dramatically and this, combined with the strong sales, is resulting in an increase in prices and buyers competing for properties.

In South Florida there is also a strong comeback as reported in the Ft. Lauderdale’s Sun Sentinel.

Bidding wars are back as the sizzle returns to South Florida’s housing market.

After years of lackluster sales and sagging prices, demand is growing while the number of homes for sale shrinks.
