Apparently it’s not just Clearwater real estate that’s seeing a rebound lately.  Due to the inventory in our local market being down and sales being up (highest 3 months in last 6 years) we are seeing prices starting to go up again.

Now there are also other areas of the country experiencing the same thing according to this article.

This is a good trend for real estate although you still have to look at individual markets since some will be up and some will be down.  One month of improvement would not be something to get too excited about but a continuing trend is significant.  We’ve been seeing this trend for a longer period but it’s nice to see this starting to happen in other areas too.
