Both of these are short sales and really priced well.

The one in Palm Harbor is a 4/2/1 with 2098 sq. ft. in a gated community and is priced at $138,000.  It had previously been approved by the lender at this price but the buyer hadn't waited.

11/26/10 – Palm Harbor townhouse under contract.  12/16/10 – sold for $137,000

The one in Tarpon Springs is an incredible deal at $100,000 and was just approved by the lender at this price.  It is a 3/3/2 with 1793 sq. ft. and was built in 2006.  It was recently approved by the lender and needs to go through quickly to keep the approval.  At this price I think it will very likely be gone soon.

11/26/10 – Priced reduced on Tarpon Springs townhouse to $95,000.  12/16/10 – Under contract.  4/17/11 – Listing expired.
